Research Interests :
The work in Bt Laboratory is focused on isolation and characterization of novel Bt ( Bacillus thuringiensis ) genes, protein engineering of δ-endotoxins in E. coli , expression in transgenic plant systems and development of efficient plant transformation techniques such as gene targeting.
